- Attend scheduled sessions on time

- Provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations

- Understand that coaching is not a clinical service and is not covered by insurance

4. Payment and Refunds

All services must be paid for in advance or as agreed upon. Refunds are not typically offered

for completed sessions. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’

notice. No-shows or late cancellations may result in partial or full session charges.

All client information shared during sessions will be kept confidential unless disclosure is

required by law or if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

All content provided on the website, in coaching materials, or during sessions is the

intellectual property of Toni Ward Grief Coaching LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute,

consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services. Coaching

outcomes vary by individual and are not guaranteed.
