Common Questions
General Questions
Grief coaching focuses on guiding you through the emotional and practical aspects of healing after loss. While therapy often addresses mental health diagnoses and past trauma, coaching is more forward-focused, concentrating on setting personal goals, navigating present challenges, and finding purpose. Toni Ward's coaching uses the B.R.E.A.T.H.E. model to offer structured, compassionate support for your healing journey.
Anyone who is struggling to cope with loss can benefit from grief coaching. This includes, but is not limited to, the death of a loved one (recent or past), loss through divorce or separation, loss of health, job loss, or any other significant life change that brings about feelings of grief. Our services are designed to support individuals at any stage of their grief journey, providing tools and guidance to navigate their unique experience.
